Real wood timbers in commercial environments may require ongoing maintenance, are vulnerable to moisture and insects, and can be difficult to source in the sizes required for large-scale applications. Createk's composite wood timbers offer an alternative with custom profiles and realistic surface detail.

Each timber, beam, or column begins with a structural steel core, then is built up in composite material. Bark texture, wood grain, knots, checks, weathering patterns, and species-specific characteristics are sculpted by hand and finished with color that runs throughout the material thickness. The result is a feature that can carry overhead loads, handle outdoor exposure, and look like a genuine old-growth timber for the life of the building.
